Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.Job Description:Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Strategic Finance, this role is responsible for performing analysis on Hong Kong Life and Health (L&H) financial drivers on expense management and KPI reporting, drive the Strategic and Operating Plan, and assist in providing business insights to help our L&H leaders to achieve our strategic objectives.ResponsibilitiesProvide quality management reports to support business decision and perform analysis on financial performance, including expenses, sales, VNB and other KPI metricsProvide analytical support to assist management team on monitoring business performance, including the participation in month end close and presentation in monthly net income meetingManage expense budget and forecast planning process and provide analysis on variance against budget and target & actualDrive the Operating Plan and Strategic Plan processes and provide analytical support, including KPI and expenses data collection and consolidation.Build good communication with different stakeholders to ensure consistency on assumptionsProviding coach less experienced staff in delivering BAU tasksAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and able to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environmentParticipate in other ad-hoc and finance related projectsPreferred skillsGood stakeholder management skillsFlexible and Adaptive to agile & changing environmentStrong analytical skills, data summarization and consolidation skillsGood communication skillsWork independently and strong prioritization skillsExcellent written and spoken EnglishQualificationsDegree in Finance or Accounting or any related disciplinesQualified accountant (CPA) or equivalentAt least 5-6 years of working experience in finance function.Financial planning/management reporting experience in Insurance industry or expenses management is an added advantageProficient in MS Office applications and solid knowledge in database management & PowerPoint preparationExperience in Tableau is an added advantageWe offer 5-day work, attractive salary, MPF, group life and group medical insurance; and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidate.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
