• Liaise with vendor for price negotiation, contract terms and conditions, lead time etc;
• Follow up purchase orders, contracts, delivery arrangement and cost management;
• Liaise with different parties in procurement activities, i.e. gather purchasing needs on hardware, software and services with Fintech and business users;
• Assist the manager for IT vendor management activities;
• Prepare procurement-related reports and analysis.

Job Requirements

• Education in IT, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years’ working experience in IT Procurement / Accounting or related aspects, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of IT software, hardware and service.
• Familiar with purchase orders, contract terms & conditions etc. will be advantage;
• Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, sound analytical thinking and good team player.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English.
