Job description: Our client, a listed manufacturing company, is seeking a high-caliber candidate to lead, plan, execute, and report on internal audit activities.Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with the business while executing the audit plan
• Identify key risks and communicate potential issues to management
• Manage the annual audit planning process and create a risk-based audit plan
• Oversee special projects and investigations as needed
• Execute internal audit tasks per the approved plan, focusing on control management and operational effectiveness
• Develop and implement a data analytic strategy for audits
• Collaborate with management to track action plans and ensure timely resolutions

Requirements:

• University degree with 4-5 years of relevant audit experience, ideally experienced in the manufacturing sector and with listed companies
• Experience from Big 4 firms is highly preferred
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Occasional travelling is required (~30%)
