Job description: Position Summary:This position will report to the Senior Manager, Human Resources and will be responsible for managing daily HR operations and providing integrated people management services throughout the entire employee life cycle.Key Responsibilities:

  • This position will report to the Senior Manager, Human Resources to support the HR team
  • Provides a full spectrum of integrated people management services including employee retention, performance management, exit management, promotion and transfers, compensation and rewards, staff communication & engagement, HRIS and disciplinary matters, etc. to support and facilitate the achievement of the College objectives
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process including proactive sourcing, CV screening, selection assessment, and on/off boarding programmes
  • Manage the onboarding process, including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientations for new hires.
  • To review, update and implement HR policies & procedures to ensure its legal compliance
  • Take a proactive role in organizing and driving employees’ engagement programmes including well-being activities and champion College social responsibility events
  • Support market benchmarking exercises to be conducted throughout the year
  • Maintain and update all information and data in HRIS.
  • Maintain a strong communication network with all levels of stakeholders in the College
  • Prepare various HR reports for management review
  • Provide value-adding HR services to different business units

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ relevant work experience
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
  • Be a self-motivated, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in HRIS (Reckon) is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Microsoft/Office 365, etc.
  • Good command of English. Cantonese and Mandarin skills is a strong plus
  • Immediate available is preferred

Salary and Fringe Benefits:Initial appointment will normally be made on a renewable 24-month contract.Remuneration is competitive and will be based on qualifications and relevant experience.
