Job description: Job Description:Role – HRBPKey Responsibilities:Partner with department heads and managers to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them.Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.Drive talent management initiatives including recruitment, retention, development, and succession planning.Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop solutions, programs, and policies.Support change management and organizational development efforts.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.Facilitate training programs on HR-related topics such as leadership, communication, and compliance.#LI-DNI
