Wherever you start, you’ll be rewarded with a world view and the recognition you deserve in our inclusive and supportive culture.About this roleThis role is to support respective markets in managing their financial operations effectively and is crucial for ensuring financial stability and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization by delivering accurate data, insightful analysis, and effective problem-solving capabilities.You will be responsible for the:Preparation of monthly management reporting processes (various reports including landing reports, O&R, working capital and cash flow), and decks for the related review meetingsSupport forecasting and planning processes and reporting needsPreparation and submission Annual Operating Plan and Strategic PlanResponsibilities in reporting systems, with a required expertise in financial managementEnsure the completeness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective P&L accounts for any inconsistenciesCreation accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the partnersSupport finance processes where business judgement is needed, provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified and requestedLeadership responsibilities:Partner with In-market Finance team and FC teamPartner with business functions to drive business performance through the provision of financial / commercial expertise and insights, to support delivery of the financial targets and an effective control environmentPartner to the senior collaborators, building great relationships, supporting them with accurate and timely reporting, respond to ad hoc requests to ensure robust strategic planningProvide insightful, user-friendly information to support business conversations.Ensure that the policies and procedures are understood and followed in the team and in the market as well.May provide guidance to new team members or lead workstreams of projects as applicable.Working with usOur purpose is to celebrate life, every day, everywhere.
