- Assistant Manager Employee – Performance will run the daily functions of the Performance Management Section of Human Resources Department (HRD).
- Review and update Job descriptions of multiple Positions in coordination with Department Managers & heads.
- Conduct employee Interviews, Manager meetings and research and development on updating Job descriptions of existing positions and new positions to be added.
- Have meetings with Department Manager and HR Manager/Head on Department Key Performance Indicators and add the finalised KPIs on HRMS.
- Review, update and revamp the performance management system and suggest improvement areas after researching the Fintech company’s best practices.
- Review and update suitability reports of multiple department employees as per KPIs and Job descriptions.
- Generating employee performance Suitability Reports on HRMS for probation employees.
- Arrange performance review meetings with HR Manager/Head.
- Generate Bi-annual performance appraisals of ACE Group on HRMS.
- Generate Annual performance appraisals of ACE Group on HRMS.
- Generate contract renewal reports on HRMS.
- Coordinate with the HR Operations section, Monitoring department, Quality assurance department etc., for employee review and feedback to be inculcated in employee performance reviews.
- Monitor group-level performance evaluation program and revises it as necessary.
- Suggest changes and improvement areas in the existing performance management practices of ACE Group.
- Work on Balanced scorecard techniques and help in strategic performance management of the organisation.
- Align company goals with department goals and individual goals
- Review employee contracts, employment agreements, non-discourse agreements and other HR-related documents for HR compliance.
- Supporting the HR Unit Head in adequately implementing the HR Manual regarding performance management.
- Research and development regarding organisational policies and procedures as per guidelines of HR Manager/Head.
- Working on multiple existing policies of the HR department as per guidelines of the Manager/head and suggesting improvement areas.
- Coordinating with multiple departments regarding SOPs updates so they can update and submit them updated SOPs to the SEC committee.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties by Manager/Unit Head HR.
Job Specification:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management
- Excellent writing/Creative writing skills
- Good English speaking skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 05+ years of experience in Employee – Performance Management.
