This position is designed to play an active role in Corp Comm team to support media and employee communications via creating appealing contents and organizing engaging activities. Meanwhile, this position is responsible for managing Corp Comm content archives and assisting in monitoring department’s workflow.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Content Creation Manager and the global Communications team to implement global visual guidelines and content across GCA locations.
• Manage end-to-end photo and video shoots and high-quality visual content production for company activities and executive communication.
• Oversee GCA Corp Comm Shooting Studio and Content Library. Managing the shooting equipment, while building and maintaining video/image assets on a daily basis.
• Independently coordinate small and medium-scale employee events. Provide support for large-scale event production and management as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

• Other related functions, including but not limited to Product Design, Business Development, Supply Chain and Retail team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Comprehensive understanding of the sportswear industry and adidas business.
• Strong aesthetic sense aligned with adidas design principles.
• Proficiency in MAC/PC platforms and audio, video, and photo editing software.
• Capability to oversee content creation from inception to completion, including video conceptualization, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities, and solid project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Reliable team player with an inspiring attitude, patience, passion and positive “can do” mindset, energetic approach, and high levels of endurance.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a multinational company or a comparable role in PR firms.
• Interest in and willingness to engage with sports, with a preference for sports enthusiasts.
• Knowledge of the lifestyle and fashion market is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, particularly in speaking and writing.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies (such as AI), and best practices in content creation.
