Job description: Assistant Manager Costing and Budgeting job is available in Karachi for a leading Manufacturing Company. The ideal candidate must hold an ICMA, CMA, or CIMA qualification and possess 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in costing, budgeting, and financial analysis.Assistant Manager Costing and Budgeting job role is to maintain financial accuracy and supporting strategic planning through effective cost management.Job Responsibilities:

• To collect cost information and maintain an expense database.
• To coordinate during physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• To investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues.
• To coordinate with planning department for batch closing and ensuring batches are reconciled and closed properly.
• To execute costing runs and resolve all variance/errors.
• To maintain raw material purchases record including landed cost of material.
• To prepare and reconcile closing inventory with Accounts to avoid inaccuracies in inventory value.
• To provide actual data to the departments for annual budget.
• To carry out any other duty as and when assigned by supervisor.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing budgets.
• Hands-on experience with ERP software
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional departments.
