• Support the Head (Communications, External Affairs & Development) in promoting the brand of the School of Engineering.
• Support and execute outreach initiatives through both internal and external engagements, including Information Day and the Asian Deans’ Forum.
• Manage the Student Ambassador Program.
• Assist in managing the School’s social media platforms and website, including content creation and editing.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to amplify faculty visibility and reach target audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in communication, marketing, and/or events management in tertiary education is a plus.
• Good team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks, open-minded, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Adequate IT skills for producing marketing materials.
• Great organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work outside normal office hours and on weekends occasionally.
