Manage the operational risk register, relevant mitigations, and business continuity plans for company and business partners
Coordinate communication and collaboration with airport stakeholders during emergencies and contingency responses, such as adverse weather and public health measures
Plan and implement new technological solutions to enhance health and security measures, and compile records, surveys, and questionnaires on airport health measures and initiatives
Plan and conduct annual preparedness programmes, including drills, exercises and workshops on airport emergency and business continuity topics
Provide Business Continuity Planning training to members of the airport community
Support Airport Emergency Centre operations, coordination, and debriefings for airport disruptions and crises
Assist in the maintenance of various manuals such as Emergency Procedures Manual, Business Continuity Manual, Airport Emergency Centre Operations Manual for existing operations and airport expansions
Uphold consistency and standards of updates across various manuals, maintain integrity of the AAHK operational risk review including tracking of mitigations improvement and procedural changes identified via the annual risk review
Undertake other Business Continuity Planning tasks or projects as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in crisis management or business continuity / contingency planning, preferably with a background in aviation or relevant disciplines
A minimum of 6 years of aviation operations experience, preferably in business continuity or crisis management in sizable organisation
Experience in planning and conducting field or simulation exercises, managing and delivering training in aviation emergency response, crisis management, or business continuity-related subjects
Proactive, independent, able to multitask with solid project management capabilities, and capable to work under pressure
A strong team player with good analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint
Possession of a valid HK driving license (Class 1) is preferred
