Our client is a global leader within their industry.About the RoleReporting to the Sales Lead, you’ll take charge of expanding the footprint within targeted merchant verticals. Your mission? Drive new business, deepen market penetration, and deliver outstanding client solutions in collaboration with our regional and local partners.Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on ambitious revenue and acquisition targets within defined merchant segments.
  • Identify high-potential sectors and develop strong pipelines by actively prospecting and generating qualified leads.
  • Partner with the Regional Sales Team to expand wallet share through strategic cross-selling initiatives.
  • Support RFP preparation by contributing market insights and client-specific intelligence.
  • Leverage bank and non-bank partnerships to unlock new opportunities and increase merchant sign-ups.
  • Lead merchant integration and onboarding projects, customized reporting, and eCommerce platform rollout.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies to elevate sales effectiveness and win rates.
  • Anticipate multi-channel needs of enterprise clients and provide feedback to influence product roadmap and channel development.
  • Develop the expertise needed to manage the end-to-end sales cycle independently-from lead to close.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related disciplines are advantageous.
  • 3+ years’ proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within fintech, financial services or tech solutions sectors.
  • Trilingual proficiency: Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
  • A challenger mindset: self-starter, target-driven, and eager to outperform.
  • Resilient multitasker who thrives under pressure and change.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Collaborative spirit with a track record in cross-functional or regional teams.
  • Excellent time management and execution discipline in a high-volume sales environment.
