Job description: Overview:We are seeking applications for the position of “Assistant Manager Administration”. The incumbent would participate to design and ensure implementation of administrative support plans and processes to effectively meet complex information requests and determine complex trends, ensure smooth running of business activities and meet administrative needs in line with business needs, stakeholder requirements, Group guidelines and policies.If this exciting opportunity interests you and you meet the criteria below, please apply.Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall facility management for DGF – Karachi – HO, branch offices & Warehouses.
  • Develop appropriate plans and manage the meeting arrangements for SMT, and handling of all the administrative task for SMT travel plans.
  • Use structured approach to formulate concept and content to present initiatives/ideas to HOD.
  • Use structured approach, suggest modifications and improvements in administrative support processes and systems to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Handles complete vendor management, cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with business leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Participate to handle complete administrative task for official events, activities & projects.

Experience:

  • At least 4-6 years of experience of handling administrative tasks in the logistics / Freight Forwarding Industry.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word)
  • Communication skills both written and verbal
