They are seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Legal Counsel to join their team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.Description

• Provide legal support and advice on a wide range of funds and asset management matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including investment management agreements, fund formation documents, and other related contracts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly those pertaining to the funds and asset management sector.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Conduct legal research and provide updates on regulatory changes affecting the industry.
• Support the legal team in various projects and initiatives.

Profile

• PRC legal qualification is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal work.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the funds and asset management industry.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
