As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Investment Sales Quality Assurance and Business Management Manager.Principal responsibilitiesSupport the preparation of Management Information reportsProvide quality and efficient account servicing and business administration support to the departmentEnsure all control measure are undertaken to minimize the risk exposureProvide IT support for both front-office and middle-office staff (e.g. System administration: PBWM, UOE, HWS, Bloomberg, Reuters)Engage in projects in different areas, i.e. IT project, product/service development, compliance (e.g. Assist to conduct product due diligence to ensure end-to-end compliance selling and operations of investment products)Enforcing sales guidelines and sales compliance, monitoring of sales process, implement project task and conduct quality control checking. Including managing various sales quality reportsEnsure both internal rules and external regulatory requirements are adhered to comply with the sales complianceRequirementsRequirementsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplinesPasses in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrationProven relevant work and project management experienceStrong self-motivation, sound organization, good communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantageProfessional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantageYou’ll achieve more when you join Hang Seng Bank Limited.Hang Seng is committed to service excellence.
