Job description: Our client is a leading FMCG Company, they are currently looking for a high calibre to fill up the below position:Assistant Inventory Planning Manager (Retailer)Job DutiesLead Inventory Strategy – Oversee stock control, allocation, and shipping to ensure seamless supply chain execution across our omnichannel (O+O) network.Optimize Stock Levels – Partner with Trading & Distribution teams to maximize warehouse capacity, set smart reorder points, and maintain ideal inventory levels.Data-Driven Forecasting – Analyze sales trends to predict demand, plan stock replenishment, and support sales growth.Tackle Slow-Moving Stock – Monitor inventory health, identify aging/slow-moving items, and work with Trading to clear excess stock.Supplier Collaboration – Liaise with vendors to balance supply and demand while minimizing risks.Performance Reporting – Generate actionable inventory reports to guide business decisions.Process Improvement – Continuously refine logistics workflows to boost efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business , or related field.5+ years in inventory/supply planning (FMCG experience required).Analytical mindset – Skilled at interpreting data to solve problems and spot opportunities.Detail-oriented & proactive – Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.Excellent Excel skills – Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Fluency in English and Chinese.Attractive remuneration package, fringe benefits and good career prospect will be provided to the right candidate.Interested parties please send full resume with followings to [email redacted, apply via Company website]1.
