  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Coordinate offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee statuses and transitions.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports related to recruitment and employee turnover.
  • Present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Update and communicate HR policies as necessary.
  • Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate communication between staff and management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance.
