  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, leave and attendance management and employee relations
  • Responsible for recruitment & manpower planning in assigned departments
  • Maintain a close contact with assigned departments and provide recommendations
  • Assist to manage and follow up work injury cases
  • Assist in preparing and consolidating various kind of HR reports
  • Organize and coordinate employee relations activities
  • Perform ad hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in Human Resources. With human resources experience in hospitality will be an advantage
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment regulatory
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
