We are seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the overall F&B operations across our portfolio. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, and the hotel management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of service and operational efficiency.This position involves assisting with the management of front-of-house F&B operations, overseeing a team to ensure seamless service delivery, and driving the success of our dining establishments.Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • A passion for exceptional customer service and attention to detail in food and beverage operations.
  • Experience in hospitality management, particularly within a 4/5-star equivalent setting.
  • Ability to handle operational challenges efficiently and make real-time decisions to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to maximize revenue opportunities within the F&B sector.
