• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily food and beverage operations, providing strong support and ensuring smooth execution.
• Provide hands-on support to staff across all F&B areas, ensuring service standards are upheld and operational goals are met.
• Assist in managing staff matters, including recruitment, on-the-job training, and performance reviews.
• Support the preparation of staff schedules, forecasting, and compliance with all operational procedures.
• Monitor costs and assist in implementing measures to improve cost efficiency in areas such as labour, expenses, and inventory control.
• Provide input and support for projects related to refurbishment, expansion, or renovations, ensuring the clubhouse environment continues to meet guest expectations.
• Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving service-related issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a clubhouse or hotel environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or operations support role in F&B.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with F&B operational software.
• Basic knowledge of finance and F&B cost control is required.
• Solid understanding of wine, beverages, and food products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• A proactive and supportive approach to team collaboration, with problem-solving capabilities to address day-to-day challenges.
