At least 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Exhibit strong proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting, with a proven track record of accuracy and insightful interpretation.
Possess advanced Excel skills, including but not limited to pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling.
Demonstrate fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Exhibit a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in a dynamic business environment.
Demonstrate experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Possess a strong understanding of Malaysian tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Oversee financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and financial reporting standards, working closely with auditors and relevant authorities
Manage cash flow and financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management
Lead and supervise finance team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and performance optimization
Support financial strategy and decision-making, identifying financial risks, cost-saving opportunities, and operational improvements
Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, tax authorities, and investors
Assist in system and process improvements, supporting automation and efficiency initiatives
Provide IPO preparation support, working with the Finance Manager on financial due diligence, reporting, and compliance requirements
Handle ad hoc financial tasks, including managing regulatory applications (e.g., licenses, grants, tax incentives), supporting system implementation (e.g., e-invoicing), and conducting pricing analysis for business decision-making
