• Assist in design, develop, and maintain robust database systems across both SQL and NoSQL platforms.
• Implement and maintain database security measures, including access controls and encryption.
• Optimize database configurations for performance enhancements, clustering, and scalable growth.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure efficient data integration and consistency across multiple platforms.
• Conduct research and implement new database technologies and tools to enhance the capability of existing database systems.
• Design and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data durability and availability.
• Monitor database performance regularly and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide 7 X 24 on call support services on roster basis

Qualifications:

• Degree in Data Analysis / related IT subjects
• 2 years experience in IT indutrsy (fresh graduates in IT subjects will be considered as Junior Programmer)
• Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with various SQL and NoSQL databases such as MSSQL, MYSQL, Oracle, Sybase, PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• Knowledge of data security, encryption, and protection practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
