• Assist Senior Manager, Channel management and Acquisition in Mortgage Product.
• Drive Business growth and maximize the risk adjusted return to the bank, to sustain the market position and react to market changes.
• Act as the 1st LoD in market, credit and compliance risk of the business.
• Support market campaign/ sales initiatives / digital projects to established business directions and goals.

RequirementsRequirements:

• Hands on experience in mortgage (or other lending) business within retail banking will be an advantage).
• Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Highly effective navigation within a complex matrix environment, governance standard and regulatory context with agile ways of working and strong engagement with different levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong outcomes focus with adaptability, sound judgement and business insights in decision making, and accountability in delivery.
• Positive, creative, flexible and self-motivated individual with good interpersonal skills.
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Banking and Finance or related disciplines.
