The Assistant Buyer position will perform the following duties:

• Ability to communicate with customers, vendors, community and company personnel in a positive and proactive manner.
• Interact with vendors and company personnel in a friendly, timely and quality manner; ensure vendors’ and company personnel questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare weekly reports for management and buyers
• Work with vendors and our corporate team to set up new items
• Confirm with vendors orders have been received and track for on time delivery.
• Ability to multitask, work with a variety of people and have a sense of urgency to get the job done.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Pre-employment drug testing, including testing for marijuana required.
