We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.This is a fixed term post of 5 months.The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitable qualified applicant with drive and enthusiasm to join Glasgow HSCP Senior Administration Team The Post holder will be responsible for providing line management to a Team of 24 Team. They will effectively plan & deploy resources across Multiple Sites within NW Locality supporting a range of Services including Primary Care, Older People’s Services.The post holder will support the Business Support Manager in relation to:

  • operational system
  • staffing issues
  • referral management ensuring organizational objectives and wider SG Targets are achieved supporting the effective delivery of patient care.

Sites Include : Community Centre for Health, Plean Street, Drumchapel HC. Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration Previous experience and ability to demonstrate effective supervision of administrative and clerical staff directly involved in patient administration Excellent leadership, negotiation skills with ability to organize, motivate and develop staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and planning and organizational skills.
