• Ensure complete, accurate and timely invoicing to customers
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve customer enquiries / disputes
• Prepare month-end reports, reconciliations and statistics for internal control and performance monitoring
• Assist in system enhancements and ad hoc projects
• Support various projects & operations assigned by supervisor or management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business / Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 2 years working experience, preferably in logistics industry
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel functions
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Committed team player with a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Candidates with lower qualification or less experience will be considered as Billing Associate
