Job description: Pak Plastic Industries is urgently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Accountant to support our Inventory Accounting and HR departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily operations, financial recordkeeping, inventory management, and HR-related duties.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing activities and maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform data entry and maintain financial records
- Operate and maintain biometric attendance systems
- Ensure timely and accurate attendance and leave records
- Assist with HR tasks such as leave tracking, attendance management, and employee support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in HR
- Proven experience in inventory accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Busy Way, Tally)
- Experience operating biometric attendance systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
