Join us and become a Heartist®.Job DescriptionDo you think you can assist our Financial Controller to operate efficiently and effectively by providing accurate, relevant and timely information (both financial and general) within company guidelines?Then we want you to apply for this role.Some of the core functions involve:

• Assistant account function, such as process daily revenue files and balance flash reports, quarterly rebate analysis for both hotels, check both hotels accounts receivable, guest ledger and advanced payment balances and resolve any discrepancies
• Accounts payable function, such as invoices accurately entered into the system, month end tasks like accruals compiled for all unmatched purchase orders, creditors reports, reconciliation of the general ledger account balances
