About the CompanyMy client is a global electronics company, specialising in the manufacturing and distribution of consumer and commercial goods. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Assistant Accountant will be responsible for managing the AP function, completing daily reconciliaitons and assisting with month-end closing.About the Role

• Provide financial accounting and other transactional support services

• Assisting with month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations

• Take control of the entire accounts payable function

• Reconcile monthly between fixed asset modules and general ledger modules in a timely fashion

• Provide monthly reports on financial results and positions

Skills & Experience

• Excellent general accounting background

• Customer service experience – excellent interpersonal skills

• Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting and Accounts Payable

• Great written and verbal communication skills

• Computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, data processing, financial accounting and reporting systems.
