Job description: Our client is a listed energy company with multiple businesses in investment and trading etc. To cope with continues growth they are now urgently looking for a Assistant Finance Manager to join the team in Hong Kong.Job Description

• Responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial statements, monthly management reports, financial analysis and forecast report for a set of fund LP related companies
• Liaise with auditors, tax representatives, fund house and other professionals regarding audit, tax and other relevant matters
• Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles
• Track and analyze in writing the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement and prepare quarterly update reports
• Perform routine accounting functions and data entry
• Handle payments, review and monitor treasury and payment activities
• Monitor the ComSec duties
• Support in ad hoc assignments and tasks

Job Requirements

• University graduated with 5 years’ related experience, exposure in fund business or other financial products is definiately an advantage
• Strong Chinese writing and speaking skill
• Strong knowledge and experience in IFRS, HKFRS, taxation and accounting rules and regulations in Hong Kong
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills with strong financial judgment

Expected salary: HKD25000 per month
