After a successful internal appointment to the same role, you will both be responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of Three Waters strategies and planning. The ability to gain NZ Chartered Professional Engineer professional status or Apōpō Professional Practice Accreditation, if not already, is desirable.While the role is based out of our Te Awamutu office, some travel within the Waipā district may be required (at Council’s reasonable expense) to fulfil your duties.Depending upon experience, the gross annual salary range for this 40-hour per week role is $92,410 to $102,678.In return, we offer a fun and family-friendly, community-focused environment with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop.
