• Salary $76,561 – $80,256 (Pro Rata) ASO4 | Full Time or Part Time Position across 5 days per week – Ongoing

Join us as an Business Administration Officer!Finance and Business Services is responsible for managing the finance, accounting and business activities of Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN).About the role:Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, your role will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of finance services to the Division of Medicine, Cardiac and Critical Care, SALHN.Duties for this role include:

• Supporting the Business Finance Team to ensure finance and procurement policies and procedures are implemented,
• Assisting in identifying opportunities and providing advice to ensure effective and efficient use of resources,
• Creation and completion of journals, invoices, credit memos and other finance related activities to facilitate the daily operation of the Division,
• Assisting with the identification and securing of available or alternate funding sources for new initiatives and providing information to support the development of business cases.

Please note: The candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday. Part-time hours can be negotiated based on availability and preference.About you:
