• Execute specific marked up changes within the materials, such as flashcards, leave behinds, banner ads, emails
• Re-size approved materials as needed (resize journal ads to new size, resize banner ads to new sizes)
• Utilize branding guidelines to ensure accuracy of design
• Take direction from supervisor on projects & daily tasks
• Participate in team meetings (hotsheet, internal reviews, status meetings)
• Properly save files within our online server system
• Learn Client/Agency Systems and process through hands-on training & on-demand training
• Understand agency process as it applies to timelines
• Troubleshoot and flex within the role as needed
• Escalate/communicate issues to supervisor/team
• Recognize when supervisory guidance is needed

Qualifications:Required Skills:You will be working closely with Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high-quality services.
This may be the right role for you if you have

• 6-8 years of experience as a graphic designer in a digital/advertising/marketing agency
• Must be proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PPT, Microsoft products
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology a plus
• Figma and Sketch experience a plus
• Degree in Design, Graphic Arts, Fine Arts or related field
• Problem solving skills and ability to learn new systems a must
• Team-oriented approach to work in an international setting
