We have crushed New Zealand, we are disrupting Australia and now, we are gearing up to launch in California, and soon, we will be the default residential building platform globally.For the curious minds:About the RoleAs the A&D Community Director at ArchiPro, you will lead our efforts to engage and expand the architecture and design community. This role blends marketing, brand ambassadorship, and customer service to enhance interactions with architects, designers, and related professionals. Initially starting as a solo role, you are tasked with building and leading a team dedicated to nurturing deep, productive relationships and boosting community participation and content quality on our platform.Key Responsibilities:Community Building and Engagement:

• Develop and implement strategies to engage and grow the architect and designer community on ArchiPro.
• Organise community events, webinars, and workshops that add value and foster a sense of belonging among community members.
• Serve as the primary brand ambassador for ArchiPro within the architecture and design community, actively representing the platform at industry events and conferences.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team focused on community engagement and support.
• Set clear team goals and KPIs, and monitor team performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Content Strategy Oversight:

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that community contributions are showcased effectively on the platform.
• Encourage architects and designers to regularly update their portfolios and engage in content creation.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to highlight their projects and stories in a way that boosts their profiles and engages the broader audience.

Feedback and Insights Collection:

• Gather and analyse feedback from community members to enhance user satisfaction and platform improvements.
• Provide strategic insights to the product development team to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of the A&D community

Strategic Partnerships:

• Forge and cultivate partnerships with educational institutions, professional associations, and industry leaders to bolster community engagement and growth.
• Leverage these relationships to create collaborative opportunities that enhance the platform’s value proposition to the A&D community.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in community management or related roles, preferably within the architecture or design industry.
• Proven track record of building and leading teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and event planning skills.
• Deep understanding of the architecture and design industry’s dynamics and community.
