If you are passionate about helping, healing, and working in a supportive environment where every voice matters, we encourage you to join our mission today!Who We Are Seeking:Minimum 1 year of experience in AR cash posting and reconciliations within Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or Healthcare.Knowledge of private pay practices.Strong understanding of 835 cash files and experience using Payor Portals to search for remits.Ability to apply electronic and manual payments daily to maintain current A/R balances.Experience with Medicaid and Hospice billing, including monthly follow-up on outstanding balances.Proficiency in monthly verification of Applied Income and Eligibility Status of Medicaid residents.Ability to participate in A/R close functions and attend weekly A/R meetings to review outstanding balances by payer.Key Responsibilities:Post payments into cash reports.Maintain accurate A/R balances through diligent reconciliation.Support monthly A/R close processes and timelines.Collaborate with billing teams to resolve outstanding Medicaid and Hospice balances.What We Offer:Comprehensive Healthcare: Medical, dental, vision, and wellbeing benefits.
