The Role
The APS 5 Workforce and Administration Officer supports the critical functions of business and workforce coordination through the provision of a high level of support and customer service to the Aviation Support Systems Program Office (AvSSPO).The role includes providing workforce co-ordination and reporting, information management; business process mapping and reviews, administrative support associated with AvSSPO financial transactions; task management; facilities management support and meeting co-ordination.The APS 5 Workforce and Administration Officer is accountable under limited direction to perform and achieve moderately complex procedural, operational, workforce and business support work within an integrated environment.AvSSPO has a high performing culture and the successful candidates can expect to be challenged in their role and supported by an inclusive and considerate team and leadership group.About our Team
As part of the Joint Aviation Systems Division (JASD) within Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), NATC delivers Pilot Training and Aviation Commons assets in support of Defence Capability and Operations.
