You will define project scope, secure resources, and oversee all activities to meet time, cost, and quality commitments. This role involves managing customer relationships, driving business development, ensuring compliance with safety and ethical standards, and optimizing ADM solutions to enhance team performance.
As part of Mobile Financial Services (MFS), you will contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Ericsson Wallet Platform (EWP), a secure and high-quality mobile financial solution empowering millions across Africa and the Middle East with services like transfers, payments, loans, and savings.What You Will Do

• Define project scope, establish baselines, secure vital resources, and oversee all project activities.
• Drive project execution by tracking activities, managing changes, resolving conflicts, and addressing critical issues.
• Manage customer and partner engagement, fostering strong relationships and ensuring project progress through meetings and events.
• Oversee project finance, including financial system monitoring, cost control, and budget adherence.
• Contribute to business development through contract preparation and participation in pre-sales activities.
• Develop project management practices by optimizing processes, methods, and tools with innovative ideas.
• Supervise support and operational teams, managing daily activities, resolving conflicts, and driving performance improvements.
• Direct ADM project teams, defining resource strategies to optimize project outcomes.
• Ensure quality assurance and control measures for ADM solutions.
• Adapt processes to local regulations while ensuring adherence to Ericsson’s Code of Conduct, OHS, and safety guidelines.
• Uphold compliance and ethics, demonstrating exemplary leadership behaviors.
• Support lead generation for MFS-related sales activities and maintain the MFS sales funnel.
• Address customer escalations based on the functional matrix structure.

The Skills You Bring

• 5-10 years of experience in ICT or FinTech industries, specifically in Project Management roles.
• 5+ years of experience in complex financial/banking IT system integration & service delivery.
• Agile certification (Scrum Master) and DevOps experience (mandatory).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile Product Development & Lifecycle Management.
• Ability to analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to prevent issues.
• Customer-first mindset, with a results-oriented approach.
• Experience leading multi-cultural, cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and maximizing synergies.
• Expertise in Mobile Financial Services, IT systems integration (APIs), and financial solutions.
• Strong capabilities in financial acumen, consultative selling, customer insights, negotiation, and persuasion.
• Project Management expertise, with a focus on OHS & compliance.
