• You will rotate within cross functions like R&D , Commercial, Operations, Procurement.
• Each rotation can vary from 6 to 8 months.
• You will be working on live crucial projects that impact our day to day business.
• You will develop your technical, functional and leadership skills.
• You will have a training curriculum to develop your leadership skills.
• You will be assigned a Mentor.

Selection Process :

• SHL Online Assessment
• 60 mins Interview with Hiring Manager & Human Resources Manager.
• Face to Face Assessment Centre Prep Day in mid June
• Face to Face Assessment Centre in mid June.

Qualifications

• 0 – 2 years of work experience
• Degree is any of the following fields : Science, Technology & Engineering
• You must be able to Join us in the 1st week of Aug 2025.
