Job description: About the Opportunity

Supervise and support the AP team in daily invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense reports in accordance with company policies.
Review and approve journal entries and payment batches.
Maintain the vendor master file, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable, including accruals.
Monitor AP aging reports and ensure timely payments while maximizing cash flow.
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoice and payment status.
Develop, implement, and maintain AP policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Assist in audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
Train, coach, and evaluate AP team members; ensure proper workload distribution.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

About You

3–5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices
Accounting experience/education, general accounting experience
MS Dynamics is a huge asset (use business central)

Pay Range
