Job description: About the Opportunity

• Responsible for full-cycle Accounts Payable functions including invoice entry, payment execution, and vendor statement reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, maintain proper documentation and filing, and support month-end close activities.
• Crosstrain in Accounts Receivable to assist with cash receipts, intercompany reconciliations, discrepancy investigations, and collection efforts.

About You

• You have a strong attention to detail and experience in processing supplier invoices, debit/credit notes, and performing vendor reconciliations in accordance with internal controls.
• You are confident working with A/P and A/R processes, including payment processing (cheques, EFTs, wire transfers), and month-end reporting requirements.
• You are a team player who communicates effectively with suppliers and internal departments, and you are eager to support cross-functional accounting tasks including collections, bank deposits, and cash applications.

Salary Range
