We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow, and deliver better outcomes for members.Your New RoleReporting to the Manager, Vendor Relationships, the Analyst, Vendor Relationships is a key member of AustralianSuper’s Data Services team, and is responsible for performing administration activities related to vendors such as purchase order creation, invoice validation & receipting and ensuring vendor costs are managed within budget, supporting market data workflow activities, supporting vendor meeting & enablement activities and supporting and/or performing continuous improvement opportunities within MDVM through leveraging existing Fund wide tools and with our third parties. Updating inventory management system including cost coding, data entry, reconciliation, reporting. TPRO and 3rd party security assessment activities and other relevant activities.Key duties include but are not limited to:
