If you want to be part of an impactful team, work in a rewarding and enriching environment and have an innovative mindset, our HR team is the place where you belong!Position purpose:Reporting to the Manager, Pension Plans, the incumbent is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of member personal and financial information in the pension plan administration system. Responsible for calculating active member buyback costings and payments, terminated members pension benefit entitlements and options and transfer-out values. Ensures effective administration of pension plan enrolment for the UOPP and the APTPUO pension plans in accordance with the Pension Plan texts, collective agreements, administrative policies and related legislation and regulations. Provides information to plan members about their rights and responsibilities with respect to the pension plan and responds to inquiries or complaints. Processes and analyses the semi-monthly payroll integration, year-end validations, and prepares information for the financial statements for approval by the Pension Plans Manager and for wider use by other members of the pension team in their functions. Supports various projects, initiatives, and daily and annual activities of the pension sector by ensuring that the necessary information, materials, logistical details and records are accurate and timely. Provides a high level of customer service with diplomacy, compassion, tact, efficiency and flexibility in order to better serve the needs of a challenging clientele.In this role, your responsibilities will include:Pension Plan Administrative system (payroll integrations and active members’ information):
