Position Title: Analyst – Financial Planning and Analysis Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: as per UAE labor law plus education assistance for children, medical and life insurance and family benefits Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A government organization in Dubai. Job Description: – Analyze financial data, conduct variance analyses, and prepare financial forecasts, models, and risk reports to support decision-making and performance evaluation. – Collaborate on budget development, monitor financial performance, and execute cost control measures to ensure accurate reporting and effective resource utilization. – Identify opportunities for financial process improvements, stay updated on regulatory changes, and ensure adherence to information security and organizational policies. – Contribute to recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, while ensuring the closure of audit findings and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsRequirements

• Open to UAE nationals and Arabic nationalities – 40 years old and below – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA certification preferred) – At least 2 years of experience in similar role – Must have experience in FP&A software such SAP, Oracle or similar.
