• Provide leadership and direction in the requirements and design phases of a project to define and design both the business and technology solutions.
• Create logical and physical design artifacts to be consumed by the business and technology teams.
• Supervise the work of the technical team to define the high-level and low-level tasks required to deliver the business and technology solution.
• Work one on one with technical team members to estimate and refine estimates to complete low-level tasks.
• Ensures that maintenance and enhancement practices are followed to support service level agreements for system availability.
• Liaisons with other technology teams within the organization as necessary to support projects for which there are dependencies or adjacencies.
• Works with peers within the department to define, institute, and govern architectural standards.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Design, develop, and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design.

Must Have:

• .Net, C#, T-SQL, Any SQL , Database Integration,,Unit Testing

Education:

• Bachelors degree in computer sciences and technical certifications are helpful but not a requirement.

Relevant Work Experience:

• 1+ years of software project development experience.
• 1 years experience using Any SQL and T-SQL
• Planning / Organizing / Managerial Knowledge:
• (Ranges from task-focused to integrating related functions, to broadly strategic integration)
• Can lead a business or technical design meeting.
• Can manage technical tasks of team for a single project to meet the schedule and deadline.
• Can solution small to medium projects and set deliverables based on resources and deadlines with appropriate supervision and within process of expertise.
• Can create business and technical design documentation for simple to medium sized projects with appropriate supervision and within process of expertise.
• Can translate simple to medium project requirements into system design or programming specifications on assigned tasks with appropriate supervision and within process of expertise.

Communicating & Influencing Skills:

• Solid interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical and problem- solving skills with the ability to execute projects on time and on budget.
• Solid ability to work with team members to provide reasonable and fair estimates on assigned tasks and projects.
