Support delivered cost forecast, perform variance analysis between actual & standard costs and conduct financial analysis to assist management in decision making and help deliver the annual budget. This position works under the leadership of the Costing Team Lead and reports to the Asia Pacific Product Supply (APAC PS) Finance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Execute the Standard cost policy & processesPerform cost run for new SKU codes and re-roll of standards with 100% accuracy, perform costing data maintenance in SAPMaintain inter-co data in SAP including delivery cost and mark up and resolve price discrepancies related to inter-co invoicesSupport 3rd party manufacturers cost cards maintenance, price variances reconciliation and non-inventory PO’s settlementsPerform timely and accurate month-end closing and provide complete COGS $& DP reconciliation analysis through month-end reportinAnnual Budget and monthly S&OP Forecast of cost of sales comprehensively broken into detailed components with 100% accuracyParticipate to the review of monthly actual Cost of Sales variances, Budget and S&OP Forecast with business partners such as Cluster Finance Director and Business Liaison DirectorProvide financial support in cost saving projects validation & volume update and any other types of cost analysis, help identifying opportunities and determine cost impactDefine & document regional procedures for all cost accounting activities and drive process excellence initiatives, focus improvement and Kikai initiativesPerform SOAR controls and ensure full compliance to cost internal controls by timely resolution of control gaps and prepare and provide documentation to internal and external auditsRequired Skills / Experience / Competencies:Graduate of any business course (BS Accountancy)At least 3 years’ work experience in the same functionWork experience in:Manufacturing or consumer goods company orAudit or accounting firms orProduct Supply FinanceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMeticulous attention to detail and ability to reconcile accounts and transactionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively present financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholdersJob Requirements:Full-time, permanent employmentOnsite work setup (M-F); remote work once a week is available upon regularizationWork Hours: 8:00AM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 6:00PM (Mondays thru Fridays)Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverablesThis role is not eligible for relocationWhat’s in it for you:You’ll have the opportunity to grow your career, develop your skills, and work in an inclusive, family-like environment.
