• Budget management: Responsible for collecting budget targets across departments, producing consolidated target reports and regularly tracking budget achievement
• Performance management: Establish regular tracking mechanism for KPI achievement, generate management MI reports, management monthly work reports, and other matters, especially for sales business activities
• Sales management: Participate in production capacity standards development, establish a regular inspection mechanism for sales and production capacity achievement and produce relevant reports, and participate in the formulation of policies and systems such as sales team assessment, commissions, incentives, and basic laws
• Expense management：Plan business expenses, establish expense execution inspection mechanism and evaluation criteria, and monitor the progress and rationality of expense expenditures under the production budget standards
• Project management: Participate in managing innovative and pilot projects, coordinating resources across departments

• 预算管理：负责收集各部门的预算目标，编制合并目标报告，并定期跟踪预算执行情况
• 业绩管理：建立KPI达成日常追踪体系，产出管理层MI报表，统筹香港业务年度规划、定期经营检视、PS月度汇报等事宜
• 销售管理：制定产能标准，形成定期检视销售及产能达成检视机制，产出相关报表，参与销售团队考核、佣金、激励、基本法等政策制度制定
• 费用管理：规划业务费用，建制日常费用执行检视机制、评判标准，在投产预算标准下，监控费用支出进度及合理性
• 项目管理：参与管理创新和试点项目，协调各部门的资源

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for candidates with experience in comprehensive finance or loan services
• Strong team management and communication skills, with prior experience in independently managing and coordinating business teams preferred
• Knowledge of loan product sales methods, with experience in channel management and project management preferred
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools, with excellent resource integration, business advancement, and data analysis capabilities.
