With our global reach, we ensure the global supply chain has access to the Flash memory it needs to keep our world moving forward.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst 2, Financial Planning & Budgeting to join our team in Seberang Perai, Malaysia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our organization’s financial planning and budgeting processes, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends to support business performance evaluation
• Quarterly standard costing setting process
• Contribute to process improvements in financial planning and analysis
• Support the development of long-term financial projections and scenarios
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
• Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
