Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst 2, Financial Planning & Budgeting to join our team in Seberang Perai, Malaysia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our organization’s financial planning and budgeting processes, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting and forecasting activities Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts Perform variance analysis and identify trends to support business performance evaluation Quarterly standard costing setting process Contribute to process improvements in financial planning and analysis Support the development of long-term financial projections and scenarios Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Additional Information Sandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
