Job description: Position Overview
As an Airport Representative for our tourism company in the UAE, you will be the first point of contact for our clients arriving at the airport. Your role is to provide a warm welcome, ensure seamless transfers, and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience. This position is integral to creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth beginning to their journey.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Assistance: Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Airport Coordination:
Monitor flight arrivals and adjust schedules for any delays or changes.
Coordinate with the transport team to ensure timely and efficient transfers.
Customer Service:
Provide information about tours, packages, and general destination details.
Address any queries or concerns and escalate issues if necessary.Liaison Duties:

  • Act as a link between the client and the operations team.
  • Ensure all services are executed as per the client’s itinerary.
  • Documentation: Manage checklists, vouchers, and other travel-related documents for arriving and departing guests.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Provide insights and tips to clients about local customs, traditions, and expectations in the UAE.

Skills and Competencies

  • Exceptional Communication: Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, or Chinese) is a plus.
  • Customer-Oriented: A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage schedules, documents, and logistics accurately.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to address unforeseen situations or client concerns.
  • Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize under a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and service providers.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism, preferably in an airport environment.
  • Familiarity with the UAE tourism market is a plus.
  • Technology Skills: Basic computer knowledge, including email and booking systems.

AED 4000-7000

Expected salary: 4000 – 7000 per month

Location: Dubai
