Job description: An engaged, established Australian-owned end-to-end logistics provider. Our client strongly focuses on freight forwarding operations, delivering over and above customer service solutions to a valued portfolio of accounts.ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to growth, our client is adding an experienced Air Freight Operator to manage end-to-end logistics solutions for global air cargo. This role involves overseeing day-to-day air shipments, managing a diverse customer portfolio, and collaborating closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.DUTIES

• Manage air cargo shipments from start to finish, including quoting and invoicing – import and export.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams on invoicing, costing, and compliance.
• Support the development and improvement of internal systems, including PAVE.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 years experience in Airfreight Operations (Import + Export)
• Previous exposure to consolidation preferred
• Demonstrated ability to maintain commercial relationships
• Experience working on Cargowise1 essential
